HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 10, 2008, the parties contacted the hearing officer to request cancellation of the
hearing set for March 12, 2008. The parties have reached a settlement agreement, and
petitioners’ attorney hand delivered to the hearing officer an open waiver of the decision
deadline.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on April 15, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioners.
Petitioner’s open waiver is expected to arrive in the Clerk’s office within the next seven
days.
