HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 10, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Petitioner’s attorney will check with petitioner to determine whether
it received respondent’s approval letter. At the next status conference, petitioner should
be prepared to file an additional deadline waiver.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on April 8, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by
the petitioner.
The decision deadline in this case is currently July 24, 2008.
