HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 6, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent’s attorney reported that the settlement agreement has
been signed and is in the mail. If complainant files the settlement agreement with the
Board before the next scheduled status conference, that meeting shall be cancelled with
no further notice.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 8:30 a.m. on April 7, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
