HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 10, 2008, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondents did not appear. Complainant reports that a settlement agreement
has been reached, and paperwork is being prepared. If the settlement agreement is filed with the
Board before the next status conference, that meeting shall be cancelled with no further notice.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on June 9, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the complainant.
