HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 10, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) has
requested changes to the settlement agreement to clarify that the Agency is a party to the
proceeding. When complainant receives the revised settlement agreement from the
Agency, it will be sent to the respondent.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on May 12, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
