HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 5, 2008, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. Discussion centered on scheduling a realistic hearing date for the
above-captioned matter. Due to a myriad of potential scheduling conflicts with all
involved from May through August, 2008, the parties were directed to discern whether
the week of September 8, 2008 or the following week would be would be feasible to
schedule a hearing and discuss the possibility at the next telephonic status conference.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on May 8, 2008, at 10:00 a.m. The telephonic
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the conference, the parties must be prepared to
discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and potential hearing dates.
