HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 4, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondents report that some progress has been made at the site, but
they will need a period of dry weather to complete the work. Complainant’s attorney still
plans to discuss this case with management to determine how to proceed.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 8:00 a.m. on April 7, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
