HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 3, 2008, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Petitioner plans to file a motion to voluntarily dismiss this appeal as
soon as it hears from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency about withdrawing
the permit application. If the motion to dismiss is filed before the next status conference,
the meeting shall be cancelled with no further notice.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:00 a.m. on April 2, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by
the petitioner.
Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline for this case.
