HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 28, 2008, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference
with the hearing officer. The hearing officer informed the parties that respondents
motion to cancel the hearing is under consideration and continue the status conference to
the date and time noted below.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on March 5, 2008, at 10:00 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matters and their readiness
for hearing.
