HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 21, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Due to the weather, respondent has been unable to work on the
site, and complainant’s inspector has been unable to revisit the site. Additionally,
complainant is deciding what needs to be done with the new problems that have arisen.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:00 a.m. on April 22, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
