HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 25, 2008, respondent participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent’s consultant expects to complete a cost analysis within the next
thirty days. Respondent will then decide whether it is more economical to haul the waste off
site, or to create an inert landfill. If respondent opts for the landfill, a plan will then be prepared
for the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency. If the waste will be hauled, respondent will
begin to collect bids.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on April 21, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
