HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 21, 2008, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference
with the hearing officer. The respondent represented that it has reached an impasse
regarding settlement. The parties were directed to file a status on the outstanding
motions before the hearing officer and their respective briefing status on or before March
7, 2008.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference on May 1,
2008, at 1:00 p.m. The telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant,
but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned
matter and their readiness for hearing.
