HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 20, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. The parties hope to resolve this matter without a hearing, and
agree that respondent’s deadline to file the record is stayed until such time as a hearing
appears necessary.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on April 1, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by
the petitioner.
The decision deadline is August 7, 2008.
