HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 19, 2008, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone
status conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported, the
County was going to enforce the Board’s default judgment against Annette Topps, which
may enable settlement with respondent Richard Jones.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on March 31, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
