HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 19, 2008, complainant participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondents did not appear, and their attorney has withdrawn
from the case. Complainant will send respondents a request to admit, and respondents
will need to hire a new attorney if they wish to respond.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on April 21, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
