ORDER OF THE BOARD (by T.E. Johnson):
On January 24, 2008, petitioner, Bob’s Service Center, Inc. (Bob’s Service), filed a
motion to voluntarily dismiss this appeal of a determination by respondent, the Illinois
Environmental Protection Agency (Agency). In the determination, the Agency denied Bob’s
Service reimbursement from the Underground Storage Tank (UST) Fund concerning the leaking
petroleum UST site of Bob’s Service located at 532 Highway 3 in St. Clair County. In its
motion, Bob’s Service states that “the issues raised in this appeal have been compromised and
settled.” Motion at 1. The Board grants the motion, dismisses this appeal, and closes the docket.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, John Therriault, Assistant Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, certify that the
Board adopted the above order on February 7, 2008, by a vote of 4-0.
