    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by A.S. Moore):
    On January 23, 2008, Rohm and Haas Company (Rohm and Haas) filed a “Voluntary
    Withdrawal of FESOP [Federally Enforceable State Operating Permit] Permit Appeal”
    (Withdrawal). Rohm and Haas states that a revised permit, issued on January 14, 2007

    by the
    Illinois Environmental Protection Agency, resolves the issues contested in this appeal.
    Withdrawal at 2. Rohm and Haas further states that the revised permit contains a condition that
    the revised permit takes effect only on the withdrawal of this appeal.

    . The Board grants
    Rohm and Haas’ voluntary withdrawal of its appeal, dismisses this case, and closes this docket.

    The Board notes that Rohm and Haas submitted its application for a revised permit on May 18,
    2007. Withdrawal at 2. Although Rohm and Haas refers in its withdrawal to issuance of the
    revised permit on January 14, 2007, the Board in light of the application date regards this as a
    merely technical error.
