On February 14, 2008, a telephonic status conference was held. It was agreed
that this status conference be continued at the below noted date and time.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on April 3, 2008, at 1:30 p.m. The telephonic
status conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be
