HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 14, 2008, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference
with the hearing officer. The respondents represented that it will file a motion to cancel
the hearing previously set for April 7 through April 10, 2008, due to an injury. The
respondents were directed to file the motion on or before February 19, 2008. The
complainant was directed to file its response on or before February 25, 2008.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on February 28, 2008, at 11:30 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties
must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matters and their readiness
for hearing.
