HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 13, 2008, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondents did not appear. The parties are meeting with the Illinois
Environmental Protection Agency later this month to discuss outstanding issues.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on April 14, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
