HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 13, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Petitioner will be sending respondent some additional
comments on the revised permit, but the parties expect to issue the permit for public
notice soon.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on April 15, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated
by the petitioner.
Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
