HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 30, 2008, the parties submitted an agreed revised discovery schedule. The
revised discovery schedule concerns complainant and respondent Mick Morfey. The attorney
for Morfey is again directed to file its appearance. The discovery schedule is accepted to the
extent as follows. Written discovery responses are due to be served on or before March 7, 2008.
All party depositions and fact witness depositions must be completed on or before June 11, 2008.
Expert witness disclosures, including any reports from retained experts are due on or before July
11, 2008, from the complainant and on or before August 11, 2008, from the respondent. All
dispositive motions must be filed on or before September 12, 2008.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic pre-hearing
conference with the hearing officer on April 3, 2008, at 9:30 a.m. The telephonic conference
must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own
appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
