HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 7, 2008, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference
with the hearing officer. The parties represented that discussions continue with this and
related permit appeals pending with proposals being reviewed by the respondent. By
agreement, the respondent’s record in the above-captioned matter is now due on or before
April 18, 2008. The petitioner represented that it will file an additional 60-day waiver of
the statutory decision deadline.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference on April 3, 2008, at 9:00 a.m. The status conference must be initiated
by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the
status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
