HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 4, 2008, a telephonic status conference was held. The respondent
did not appear at the designated time apparently due to a scheduling conflict. The
complainant represented that it will submit a revised discovery schedule within the next 7
days in anticipation of hearing.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status call with the hearing
officer on April 3, 2008, at 11:45 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the
complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the
status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
