HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 6, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. At the next status conference, a hearing will be set if respondent has
not accepted complainant’s settlement offer.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 8:30 a.m. on March 6, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
