HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 5, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent Donald Myers needs about 90 days to complete work at
the site. Once the site is cleaned, complainant may dismiss respondent Bobby Myers
from any further action.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on March 6, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
