HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 4, 2008, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties have signed a proposed stipulation and settlement agreement, and
are awaiting the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency’s signature. Complainant expects to
file the agreement before the next status conference, in which case the meeting shall be cancelled
with no further notice.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on May 5, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the complainant.
