HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 24, 2008, all parties participated in a pre-hearing conference with the
hearing officer. Discussions regarding the hearing set for February 5, 2008, and trade
secret issues were advanced and will continue at the next telephonic pre-hearing
conference.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
pre-hearing conference with the hearing officer on January 31, 2008, at 2:00 p.m. Please
note the time change. The telephonic conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but
each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the conference, the
parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their
readiness for hearing.
