HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 28, 2008, the parties contacted the hearing officer to report that a
tentative settlement agreement had been reached, and petitioner then filed an open waiver
of the decision deadline. Accordingly, the hearing set for January 30, 2008 is cancelled.
Unless the petitioner files a motion to voluntarily dismiss this appeal by April 28, 2008,
the parties shall meet as set forth below.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:00 a.m. on April 29, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by
the petitioner.
