RESPONDENT'S MOTION TO WITHDRAW MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME
AND TO RESCHEDULE HEARING
NOW COMES the Respondent the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency ("Illinois
EPA") by and through its attorneys and pursuant to Section 101.500
of the Illinois Pollution
Control Board Regulations,
35 Ill. Adm. Code Section 101.500 and moves the Board for an order
allowing Respondent to withdraw its previously filed Motion for Extension
of Time and To
Reschedule Hearing. In support
of this motion Respondent states as follows:
1.
Respondent originally felt it would not have adequate time to prepare for the
hearing as previously scheduled.
2.
Upon review of the pleadings, Respondent is ready to proceed with the hearing as
scheduled.
3.
Respondent withdraws its previously filed Motion for Extension of Time and To
Reschedule Hearing.
