HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 24, 2008, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference
with the hearing officer. The parties represented that they are close to settlement and the
stipulation and proposal for settlement (stipulation) is with the respondent for review and
signature.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on March 13, 2008, at 11:45 a.m. The
telephonic conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to
discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If,
however, a stipulation is filed prior to the next telephonic status conference, the
conference will be cancelled without further notice.
