HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 17, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Complainant’s inspector revisited the site and found new problems.
Respondent’s attorney will discuss these issues with respondent.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:00 a.m. on February 21, 2008. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
