HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 22, 2008, the hearing officer and complainant received a letter from
respondent requesting postponement of the February 6, 2008 hearing due to a conflicting
trial. Complainant did not object. A new hearing date will be set at the next status
conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on February 6, 2008. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
