HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 22, 2008, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent was unable to appear. Complainant is preparing a proposed
settlement offer that still needs to be approved by management and the Illinois Environmental
Protection Agency before it can be sent to respondent for review.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on March 24, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
