HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 22, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent’s consultant has completed the groundwater tests, and will prepare a
proposed plan to submit to the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on February 25, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
