HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 22, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant’s attorney deposed respondent, and will now wait to see whether
he can obtain certain discovery documents after federal officials have finished using them.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on April 21, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
