HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 22, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent is compiling additional information for the Illinois
Environmental Protection Agency to address concerns about the proposed SEP.
Compliance issues have been resolved, but complainant is waiting for the Agency to
approve the SEP before taking further action.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on April 21, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
