Now comes Petitioner, The Theodore KosloffTrust, with respect to its Fonnal
Complaint, which respectfully requests that the Illinois Pollution Control Board dismiss
the above-captioned matter. The Respondent, A&B Wirefonn Corporation, and
Petitioner have resolved the issues that were in dispute.
