PETITIONER’S EXTENSION OF HEARING DEADLINE
NOW COMES the Petitioner, Atkinson Landfill Company (“Petitioner”), by its
attorneys Glenn C. Sechen and James R. Griffin, and hereby extends the Hearing
Deadline an additional 60 days to and including July 21, 2008.
