HEARING OFFICER ORDER

the hearing officer. The parties are looking into the possibility of a supplemental
environmental project.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on March 24, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
