HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 14, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties are waiting for final approval of the settlement agreement
from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on March 17, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
