HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 14, 2008, complainant participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Complainant has contacted the
Illinois Environmental Protection Agency numerous times, but is still waiting to hear if
the Agency will reduce the penalty amount claimed in light of respondent’s financial
situation.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on April 14, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
