HEARING OFFICER ORDER
Due to a conflict in scheduling on the part of the hearing officer, the telephonic
status conference is continued to the date and time noted below.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference on
February 21, 2008, at 1:30 p.m. If the parties have a conflict with the date and time,
notify the hearing officer and it will be rescheduled. The telephonic status conference
must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the
status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
