HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 10, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Petitioner’s attorney will check to see if petitioner received
respondent’s decision letter. If so, petitioner will file a motion to voluntarily dismiss. If
not, petitioner’s attorney must be prepared to agree to an additional deadline waiver at the
next status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on February 11, 2008. The status conference shall be
initiated by the petitioner.
The decision deadline is May 1, 2008.
