HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 10, 2008,0 the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. There is no clear consensus among the noise experts for both parties as to a
definitely effective solution. Respondent has made its final offer to complainant, and it is now
up to complainant to decide whether a hearing will be necessary.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 3:30 p.m. on February 13, 2008. The telephone status conference will be initiated by
the complainant.
