HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 9, 2008, complainant participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondents did not appear. If complainant’s attorney cannot
reach respondents before the next status conference, she will send the inspector to revisit
the site.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:15 a.m. on February 5, 2008. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
