HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 9, 2008, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent has not contacted complainant’s attorney, Michelle Ryan, at
(217)782-5544 to provide a telephone number at which he can be reached. Complainant’s
attorney will ask the inspector to revisit the site to determine compliance.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:15 a.m. on February 5, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
