HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 9, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant and the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency are reviewing
respondent’s most recent counteroffer on the penalty amount. The parties no longer plan to file
summary judgment motions by February 1, 2008, but future dates may be set if the counteroffer
is refused.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. on February 14, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
