HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 8, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Petitioner agreed to file an additional deadline waiver to August 7,
2008 to allow the parties time to explore settlement possibilities.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on February 20, 2008. The status conference shall be
initiated by the petitioner.
The decision deadline is currently set for May 1, 2008.
