HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On January 8, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent is close to finalizing an agreement with the Village
Board to tap into a new water treatment plant that is currently under construction. The
parties will then be able to work out a settlement agreement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on March 10, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
